If you’d like a closer look before purchasing, we’re always happy to share additional photos or videos to help you decide.
Before you open your parcel:
We kindly request you to record a video while unboxing your package. This helps us ensure transparency and assist you better in case of any damage or missing items.
We accept returns/exchanges only if:
- You receive a damaged product, or
- You receive the wrong item
How to request an exchange:
- Email us at hello@nuvijewels.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Attach clear photos (and unboxing video, if possible)
- Use the subject line: REPLACEMENT
- Mention your Order Number
Our team will review your request carefully to ensure fairness.
Important conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and send you a replacement
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

Nuvi Jewels reserves the right to make the final decision on all return/exchange requests. We promise to always keep your satisfaction at the heart of every decision.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please write to us at hello@nuvijewels.com
Repairs
We offer repair services for all our jewellery, including replating.
